Set against the backdrop of one of the most stunning coastlines in Britain, the St Ives Food and Drink Festival takes place on the iconic Porthminster Beach.

Cornwall is not just about Cornish Pasties and cream teas (although we do pride ourselves on doing those rather well) but with almost 300 miles of coastline and the vast expanse of Atlantic Ocean stretching beyond where the eye can see, it’s not surprising that we have a reputation for sourcing and preparing some of the finest fish dishes that you will ever experience.

Of course, it’s not just about the fish, we have some fantastic cheese producers, artisan bakers and handmade preserves companies in the area. We have the finest chocolatiers, rapeseed oil producers, and dozens of farms growing an extensive range fruit, vegetables and salad ingredients.
