Following updated Government advice yesterday on social distancing and advising against all non-essential travel, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone our opening for 2020. We have taken advice from the government and feel this is the responsible thing to do, to protect our customers, staff, local NHS and local community. We are now planning to open on 2nd May, but hope you understand that this date may need to be further reviewed.
We will contact everyone who has a booking with us for April over the next few days to discuss your options. To enable us to do this as quickly and efficiently as possible, we ask that you don’t contact us and we will be in touch as soon as we can. As an independent family-run business we very much hope that you will be able to transfer your booking so that we can welcome you later this year, or next year. We are sorry that this postponed opening impacts on your holiday plans, but feel that under the circumstances it is the right thing to do.
We are continuing to take bookings from 2nd May onwards and will offer the same flexibility to move your holiday if we are unable to open on this date. If you have a booking for this summer, we currently expect to be open by then and there is no need to contact us at the moment.
We are currently continuing with construction of our new restaurant Coast, our under 5’s soft play area and new reception. We look forward to sharing these exciting new facilities with you later in the year, subject to government advice on opening of public areas.
As the situation is changing on a daily basis at the moment, we will continue to monitor government advice and keep you updated as necessary. This is a difficult time for us all and we thank you for your patience.

Thank you for your patience while waiting for us to get back to your messages. Please note that our office is currently closed until further notice. We have limited staff working from home replying to your emails and voicemail messages and it might take longer than we would like to reply. For customers with bookings during May:
We are now awaiting the government advice before reviewing our opening date for 2020. We are therefore postponing the date at which your balance payment is due for your May holiday. All holidays continue to be held and we will contact you again next week once we know more about our likely opening date for this year. If we are unable to open during May, please do not worry, your money will not be lost. As an independent family-run business we value your custom and will be able to transfer your booking so that we can welcome you later this year, or next year.
We have limited staff working from home and are currently contacting those customers with bookings during April. We are therefore asking you not to contact us at the moment about your May booking until you hear from us next week.
