Get ready for long, lazy days overlooking the beach and for fun-filled hours enjoying the park’s facilities (which include a games room, swimming pool, restaurant and bar, and an outdoor bar ideal for glorious sunsets).

What’s included

Our disabled-friendly apartments have one double bedroom (with a king size zip-link bed that can be separated into two single beds) and one family bedroom (with a double bed and children’s bunk beds). There is also a bed rail in the main double bedroom. Both bedrooms have a smoke detector connected to a strobe light and vibrating pillow pad, for those with hearing difficulties.

With a spacious, comfortable design, our apartments provide space for getting together and relaxing throughout the day, whilst also allowing the grown-ups to enjoy later evenings in the living areas without disturbing the kids after bedtime.

The well-equipped kitchen features a full-size cooker (with side-opening door, designed to be wheel-chair friendly), fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery. A washing machine is also provided in the utility area of each apartment. Tumble-dryer facilities are available at the park launderette.

The open plan living/dining area consists of a sofa and armchair, as well as a dining table and chairs for six. The accessible accommodation also includes a movable height-adjustable table and perching stool. Furniture raising blocks are available. Each apartment has a TV and a DVD player, along with free high-speed WiFi, – so you can stay connected, check social media, watch films, listen to music, and plan your days out around Cornwall all from the comfort of your coastal accommodation.

The fully-accessible wetroom features full grab-rails and supports, shower seat, low-level mirror for wheelchair use, and lever taps. All rails and supports are in colour-contrast to offer visual support. There is also an emergency assistance alarm to alert other guests in your accommodation.

Hot water is provided by an immersion heater and electricity is included. All bed linen, duvets, and pillows, are provided free of charge, but we do ask that you please bring your own towels and teatowels.

Each private apartment also features a covered patio-style, which provides a wonderful outdoor-indoor living space – perfect for added living space or as extra storage for beach belongings, wetsuits, surf- and bodyboards, or any bulky belongings you might have brought along.

Dog-friendly Accessible Apartment

• We are able to welcome up to two dogs per booking in one of our accessible apartments (£50 per dog per week).
• There is a dedicated dog exercise area at the top of the park, along with easy access to wonderful walks on the beach, southwest coastal footpath and sand dunes nearby.
• Well-behaved dogs will be welcome in designated areas of Coast, our family restaurant & bar, but not in the swimming pool area, toilet & shower block, games room, or children’s playgrounds.
• Dogs must be kept on a short lead while walking around the park and on the green at the front.
• Dogs must not be left unaccompanied in your accommodation or on your pitch.
